Bold is backed by leading investors, including Rethink Impact, Andreessen Horowitz, Khosla Ventures, GingerBread Capital, Primetime Partners, and Maveron.</p></div><p><a href="https://agebold.com/">Bold is</a> seeking a <strong>B2B Marketing Associate</strong>&nbsp;to develop and execute B2B content strategies that generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness allowing us to achieve our mission.&nbsp;</p> <p>To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a <strong>B2B Marketing Associate </strong>who has a proven track record of generating leads and increasing brand awareness through various marketing channels and content creation and envisions a world where every aging adult has access to personalized, easy-to-follow online workouts<strong>.</strong>&nbsp; This is a full time role located in LA and will report to our Marketing and Communications Director.</p> <p>As a key member of our Marketing team, here’s what you’ll do:</p> <p><strong>Key Outcomes:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute B2B content strategies that generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness</li> <li>Develop deep understanding of our B2B customers through market analysis and customer interactions; identify market trends, understand customer needs, evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure Bold is positioned well in quickly-evolving markets&nbsp;</li> <li>Own Bold’s field marketing: create and execute on event sponsorship and thought leadership strategy by attending conferences with sales team, developing pre/post-event marketing strategies, managing event logistics, developing compelling collateral (case studies, one-pagers, collateral)</li> <li>Work with sales to develop high-quality sales decks and one-pagers that effectively communicate our value proposition, ensure all content is stylistically consistent and aligns with our brand messaging while also adapting to different customer segments</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>The most important skills for the role are*:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing </strong>with a proven track record of generating leads and increasing brand awareness through various marketing channels and content creation&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Communication: </strong>Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li> <li><strong>Organization: </strong>Strong organizational and project management skills, with high ability to work autonomously</li> <li><strong>Ability to Learn Quickly</strong>: Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information. Able to “connect the dots” so previous experiences can be applied in new contexts</li> <li><strong>Open to travel:</strong> ability to<strong> </strong>attend key conferences and travel to 15% of the time</li> </ul> <p><strong>In addition to the above, it would be great if you also had:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Healthcare or Digital Health&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in a fast paced startup environment</li> </ul> <p><em>*We know people from historically underrepresented communities are less likely to apply if they don’t meet all of the above criteria. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role.
