The ideal candidate is excited about data and sees every member interaction as an opportunity to build stronger experiences, both within and outside of the product, to increase enrollment, engagement, and outcomes for our members.</p> <h2>Job Description</h2> <p>As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in defining and tracking key member metrics, benchmarks, and outcomes. You will be responsible for monitoring product adoption, retention, and engagement, providing data-driven insights that inform decision-making across various parts of the business, including product, customer success, marketing, member experience, and more.
