Bold is backed by leading investors, including Rethink Impact, Andreessen Horowitz, Khosla Ventures, GingerBread Capital, Primetime Partners, and Maveron.</p></div><p>Bold is seeking a <strong>Digital Marketing Lead, Paid Acquisition</strong> to own and develop Bold’s paid acquisition channels, including channel partnerships and paid ads, and to build new avenues for the company to efficiently reach its target audience of older adults.&nbsp;</p> <p>To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a <strong>Digital Marketing Lead, Paid Acquisition</strong>&nbsp;who is an expert with Facebook ads, is data driven, and envisions a world where every aging adult has access to personalized, convenient online workouts<strong>.</strong>&nbsp; This is a full time remote role and will report to our Director of Marketing.</p> <p>As a key member of our Marketing, here’s what you’ll do:</p> <p><strong>Key Outcomes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as Bold’s internal lead on a channel acquisition and growth hacking strategy</li> <li>Execute on strategic acquisition channel projects across paid social, with a focus on Meta</li> <li>Manage day-to-day operations within paid channel acquisition channels</li> <li>Collaborate with Product and Clinical to optimize enrollment funnels from initial touchpoint through successful onboarding onto the platform, especially through A/B testing of ad creative, landing pages, and email and sms&nbsp;</li> <li>Support your fellow Marketing colleagues’ work in engaging older adults in clinical exercise programs by documenting and reporting on your efforts in a clear, concise manner</li> </ul> <p><strong>The most important skills for the role are*:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years of experience </strong>scaling performance marketing campaigns, with at least 3+ years of experience with Meta</li> <li><strong>Ownership mentality: </strong>You are excited to level up a critical function within a rapidly scaling digital health company that is taking a novel approach to healthy aging</li> <li><strong>Data driven: </strong>You are comfortable doing your own digging into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities for your own work as well as that of your colleagues</li> <li><strong>Collaborative:</strong> You are a hand-raiser who ‘learns by doing,’ and the idea of joining a small team with multiple opportunities to contribute is exciting to you as you think about your long-term career goals</li> <li><strong>Organized</strong>: You consistently record learnings, improve performance, drive scale and lower costs with a persistent testing mentality</li> <li><strong>Proactive</strong>: You possess high critical thinking skills with a strong bias towards action</li> <li><strong>Clear communicator: </strong>You are able to effectively present both written and spoken insights effectively to a diverse audience</li> </ul> <p><strong>In addition to the above, it would be great if you also had:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a fast paced startup environment</li> <li>Experience working in a B2B or B2B2C environment</li> <li>Experience working in the healthcare or fitness industry</li> </ul> <p><em>*We know people from historically underrepresented communities are less likely to apply if they don’t meet all of the above criteria. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role.
