Bold is backed by leading investors, including Rethink Impact, Andreessen Horowitz, Khosla Ventures, GingerBread Capital, Primetime Partners, and Maveron.</p></div><h2>Role Description</h2> <p>Your North Star: Drive member engagement with Bold’s healthy aging platform.</p> <p>As Bold’s Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you are responsible for developing, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention among Bold’s diverse membership of older adults. You will work as part of a cross-functional team to create data-driven campaigns that help members start and sustain clinical exercise routines, improving member satisfaction and driving revenue growth.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess a strong familiarity with B2B2C business models, particularly in the healthcare industry, and be equally comfortable collaborating with both creative and analytical partners.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Own member engagement and retention KPIs</li> <li>Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Product, Clinical and other teams to devise highly effective engagement campaigns that meet members where they are and support every phase of their Bold experience</li> <li>Develop expertise in Bold’s membership to create precise user segments and targeted messaging</li> <li>Craft effective tests that provide insight into member motivation and pain points and inform broader, cross-functional work to most effectively support older adults’ healthy aging needs</li> <li>Measure campaign effectiveness at both the business and member level</li> </ul> <h2>Who you are</h2> <ul> <li>You have 5-7 years of experience in engagement marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or something similar — ideally in a healthcare context.</li> <li>You are experienced with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.</li> <li>You have excellent analytical skills and understand how to use data to inform campaign creation.</li> <li>You are an adept writer and communicator skilled in creating content that achieves business goals.</li> <li>You’re a self-starter, collaborative, and passionate about building remarkable experiences for underserved users.</li> </ul> <h2>Compensation</h2> <p>The annual salary for this role is $135,000 to $155,000.</p> <h2>Why you should join Bold</h2> <p>Millions of older adults spend years in poor and declining health brought on by falls, pain, and other chronic conditions, representing a growing disconnect between quality of life and overall longevity.
